Looking to learn golf with purpose and fun? Operation 36 has officially launched at Papago Golf Club, bringing its proven beginner-focused golf curriculum to one of Phoenix’s most scenic and historic courses!

Goal-Oriented Learning:
Operation 36 teaches golf by breaking it down into six progressive levels—starting at just 25 yards from the green. Your target? Shoot 36 (par) or better in a 9-hole round to advance.
Structured Curriculum & Coaching:
With 72 instructional videos paired with live coaching, you’ll master posture, grip, power, putting, and more. As you level up, you unlock new skills and track your progress through the Op 36 app.
Accessible for All:
Perfect for juniors ages 7-12 and adults alike, Operation 36 at Papago offers a supportive, mixed-age learning environment.
Trusted Program & Local Presence:
Operation 36 is globally respected, with over 800 program locations and 160,000 participants. Papago Golf Club has joined this network, led by Coach Zach Amsler and Liam Idsardi.
Youth On-Course Rates
Youth on Course is a national non-profit organization dedicated to providing life-changing opportunities through golf for youth aged 6-18.
Membership Details:
- Annual Membership Fee: $25 (Arizona)
- Guaranteed Walking Rate: $5
Booking Information:
- Standby Booking: Only available September – May
- Advance Booking: One day in advance June – August

- After 10 am on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays
